Reviews and Testimonials for Executive-Spa, Inc.

September 11, 2009

Dear Executive-Spa,

I would like to offer my thanks for a well planned groom’s party on September 5, 2009.  The team at Executive-Spa was able to accommodate my guest list of seventeen men with no problems.  We had ordered a total of thirty-four services to be completed within three and one half hours.  Even with some of the guests being late, the team was able to deliver on our time limits.  Our grooms party had a very diverse menu of services to choose from ; the most popular for  ten people , was the massage. This was followed by straight razor shaves, pedicures, haircuts, facials, and a few manicures.

I just want to send a note of thanks for helping me and my guest prepare for my special day.  Everyone had the services requested completed on time and in a very professional manner.  I would recommend Executive-Spa to anyone; very classic design and not like most of the other spas I have visited.  For most of the men in my party, this was their first experience in a spa.  Men as well as women will feel comfortable at this establishment.

Thanks again for the excellent service,

Sincerely,

Kirt Jacobs - Louisville, KY

* * * * * One of a Kind Experience
We are fortunate to have a place like this in Louisville.  Executive Spa is a growing business that should become a destination place in downtown.

* * * * Simply Amazing

The atmosphere of this place is quite simply, amazing!  I was very hesitant going to a "spa", but the staff immediately put me at ease.  Everyone was very polite, the spa itself was very masculine. As soon as i walked through the door, I knew this place was different.  From the snooker table, to the very comfortable waiting area, to the services themselves, I was very impressed. There were two barbers, both seemed very knowledgeable in their profession.  My haircut was exactly as I wanted it and the shave I received was very relaxing.  I am very pleased that these people are bringing back a "lost art". If you have ever thought about a straight razor shave, THIS is the place to go! I will be a return customer!

* * * * * Very Satisfied
I am not from the area but needed a haircut and didn't want to venture too far from the downtown area. The barber was very talented and I found the atmosphere to be comfortable. I have not tried any of the other services offered but may consider them for the future.

* * * * Louisville Proper
For Recessionistas that are less than familiar with the Southern hospitality, you are in for a treat. The people of Louisville are proud of and excited for the Derby, a stark contrast to many other cities and their reception of out-of-towners. A stand out establishment is the Executive Spa in downtown Louisville. Not only were my fellow Recessionista and I treated like princesses in the male-oriented, full-service executive lounge, which includes a billiard table, shoe shines, and straight razor shaves, but my internationally-renowned master barber Farrell Stephens proved with my hair cut and style his acclaimed ability in working the razor beyond his notorious shave technique. To ease into the Derby experience, I would be hard-pressed to find a better place to find the relaxation you deserve.

* * * * * Felt like I was time warped back to the days of old Hollywood

As I entered I heard low sounds of Frank Sinatra playing in the background and low lighting. Looking around it made me think of old Hollywood where MGM big wigs would have been caught lounging around smoking cigars and talking about future plans and scripts.  I thought to myself this is what guy's did back then.  They would go hang out, play some snooker, maybe get a massage while they talked of scripts, mergers and the like.  I bet those guys had a place just like this.  I had to wait for Farrell the new Barber as he was busy doing a shave.  I was a walk in and usually I will walk away if there is a wait, however this time I didn't mind.  In fact I didn't want to leave.  I asked the guy that had just got a shave "How was it?" His response "There is nothing like a good shave and that man is the best". All I have to say is well said as i decided to get one after that comment and man was right.  Do yourself a favor and check this place out!
